Dreams are wonderful things. In our dreams all things work out as we wish, not the way the world's harsh reality dictates.

And who hasn't dreamed of living here. We've all seen it in those Hollywood renditions of dreams. We see ourselves in this gorgeous edifice, safe behind the protecting pond, guarded by swans, forest beyond, Alps in the distance.

No matter that someone already lives here, that it's not for sale, that the family has actually erected a gate to keep the gawkers at bay (rendering this photograph now impossible to tourists--and I lack the connections). In a dream, anything is possible. Dream on...
